Introducing a 6-Week Anti-Inflammatory Wellness Program for Women Hosted by Amber Mitchell & Meals by Merrill.
Ready to kick sugar, ditch dairy, and reduce inflammation? Merrill has handcrafted food to fuel just that! It is optional due to dietary restrictions but she can accommodate a lot so don’t knock it until you try it.
This is a 6-week reset. Focusing on nourishing your body, building better habits, and feeling like you again. With a community of women behind you and accountability to keep you going. Remember it takes roughly 21 days to build a new habit.
Monday is our group workout day! Obviously if this doesn’t fit in your schedule that’s okay. The workout will be sent to you to do on your own. Monday’s at 5:15pm may add a morning group if there is interest.
